Hi! Im DanaÂ
I’m an Osteopath and mentor for early-career practitioners - here to bridge the gap between university and private practice. While uni teaches you to be a safe practitioner, I’ll help you become a confident, outcome-driven one. Through honest mentorship, mindset support, and real-world strategies, I’ll guide you so you don’t just survive your first few years - you thrive.
WHY DID I BECOME A MENTORÂ
To guide and support graduates just like YOU - because I believe graduates deserve more than just a safe start - they deserve a confident one.
I just want more allied health graduates to feel supported in their graduate year.Â
Many clinics offer mentoring. But here is the thing - there is often a large disconnect between what clinics and graduates believe "mentoring" actually is.Â
Clinic owners believe a few mentoring sessions plus the ability of the gradate to ask questions "as needed" is mentoring.
But the truth - you dont know what you dont know.Â
So when clinic owners say to their graduates "what do you want to know" - they freeze.Â
Graduates need structured mentoring and development. They need a mentor who can predict where they may fail, and offer support BEFORE that happens.Â
